Prof. Manoj Ayer has had an illustrious career spanning over 33 years in management, with a strong focus on team leadership, strategic planning, and business development. He has a diverse range of skills, including team management, strategic planning, new business incubation, and business analysis. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to identify, create, and lead teams to achieve both top and bottom-line results.
Some of Prof. Ayer’s notable achievements include establishing an export house with a potential of $12 million in just two years, serving as a Senate Member at Cluster University in Srinagar, and successfully reaching out to the subcontinent for tie-ups as the Ratan Tata Chair Professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
In his various roles, such as Deputy Director at KIIT School of Management and Circle Business Head at Reliance Communication Ltd, Prof. Aiyer has consistently delivered exceptional results. He has been recognized for his leadership and performance, receiving awards such as Best City Lead and consistently ranking among the top performers in sales engagement programs.
Prof. Ayer holds a PhD from KIIT University, a Post Graduation degree from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from BIT, Ravishankar University, Raipur. His extensive education and experience have equipped him with the knowledge and skills to excel in various management roles across different industries.
